Performance Evaluation of Horizontal Movement Support Devices for the Vulnerable in Fire Incidents

In the event of a fire in nursing homes and hospitals, those unable to move by themselves should seek help an assistant. However, there are not enough staff evacuate everyone at hospital, making it difficult depend on assistants everyone. Therefore, autonomous movement that does require assistant can be very effective means evacuation such cases. this study, evaluation accuracy, required time, obstacle avoidance, passing performance aid device arrive set target point were presented. The test results show is necessary position parking area considering safety factors as error range designated arrival horizontal assistance waiting for vertical movement.
